Custom embroidery ..
Everything is machine embroidered using quality cotton thread. Placement for text and / or graphic is on the right middle panel unless otherwise requested. Text will be done in one, two or three lines depending on length. If you would like a graphic that is not shown, please contact me.What size do I order?
Use a soft tape measure (or a string) around your head, above your ears to determine the size. You can refer to the "Size Guide" tab on any product to determine the correct size to order.What if you do not have the fabric I want?
Easy! Please contact me if there is something you are looking for but do not see. I will try my best to find the fabric. A deposit may be required depending on the fabric requested. A sample of the fabric will be emailed you for final approval.What are the caps like?
Welding-caps.com caps are 6-panels and reversible. The bill is about 3.25" in length and is lined. We only use 100% pre-shrunk cotton fabrics. Caps are made with coordinating stitching and reverse fabric unless special request is given. Custom embroidery is machine stitched.What form of payment do you accept?
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We use Stripe as our payment gateway.
Checks & Money Orders
Orders paid by check or money orders will not be started until payment clears.
Cash
We accept cash only on orders that are to be picked up or delivered in person.
What is your return policy?
Caps that have been worn, washed or custom embroidered cannot be returned. If you are not happy with the quality or fit of the hat, you must let us know within 10 days of receiving your order. Welding Caps is not responsible for the costs of return shipping.What is your shipping policy?
Currently, we have a $3 flat shipping for US orders. Any hat orders of 4 or less will be sent first class shipping through USPS and any hat orders larger than that are sent via priority mail through USPS. Priority mail is available by request on smaller orders by special request. We have now added shipping to Canada for a flat rate of $20, which includes shipping and Canadian Duties.
