Baseball Welding Cap
Who wears welding caps, you ask. Welders, iron workers, boilermakers, pipe fitters, and sprinkler fitters wear them. Even folks that are not welders, such as electricians, painters, construction workers, and bikers, because they feel good under a hardhat.
Welding-Caps by Diane are comfortable, snug-fitting caps that hug your head perfectly without extra fabric. Caps have two rows of stitching along the bottom to help keep their shape. The bill uses cotton batting and 5-7 rows of stitching to prevent shifting and hold its shape throughout the cap’s life.
Customize Your Cap
Customize this welding cap using the baseball fabric with your name, Local Union, and choose a design from above to personalize your cap. I also offer all the NFL team logos. Just select “NFL” and enter your team under “special instructions.”
The reverse side of the cap is a complimentary solid color fabric and sewn with thread that matches the main fabric.
Sometimes embroidery selections are not easily seen depending on the fabric you choose. Therefore I will usually substitute one of the main fabric panels with the solid fabric used for the reverse side of the cap. However, if you do not want this done, please make a note under “special instructions.”
Cap Size and Washing
Not sure of your capsize? No problem! Our measurement guide will help you find your perfect fit.
All fabric is pre-washed to minimize shrinkage. However, be aware that if you dry your cap on high heat, you may still see some shrinkage.
As with all custom-made items, there is a short wait before shipping. The current shipping time is 2-3 weeks.
Please note: Pictures shown of a finished cap are for display purposes and do not reflect how the cap will fit your head.
